Nikolai D. Kolbun

Academician of the Ukrainian academy of science, director of Institute of Information-Wave Technologies, scientific advisor of international scientific-medical center of information-wave therapy (IWT) "Biopolis", the President of International IWT Doctors' Association, academician in Ukrainian Academy of Science, Ph.D. and Grand Ph.D., Full Professor.

From 1979 he has been working in the field of electromagnetic biology, investigating supraweak fields of biological objects and their threshold sensitivity levels to external electromagnetic radiation of artificial, natural and biological origin. He is the author of the application for discovery "Capacity of sensory-disjunct biological objects for interaction by means of electromagnetic fields" (Nr. 32-OT-11238 from 31 October 1985) which contributed to the development of new scientific waves in medicine, agriculture, biotechnology, etc.

• Nikolai Kolbun is a founder of a new medical course - Information-Wave Therapy, its methods and devices being protected by patents of Ukraine, Russia and other countries. He gave grounds to methodological principles of IWT technology - medicine of cooperation with body based on the principle of "consiousness" of a living organism and threshold levels of body's sensitivity (electromagnetic homeopathy), control of physiological processes through information-wave (electromagnetic) homeostasis of a bioobject.
• Put into practice IWT technology in different spheres of medicine. Together with academician Iury P. Limansky he elaborated information-wave pain theory and created map of zones of information-wave interaction for IWT, thus uniting paramedical and scientific-medical philosophy approach to human body.
• He is a co-author of methods to treat polyresistant tuberculosis, AIDS, hepatitis C and other diseases. For the first time in the world practice he investigated influence of IWT at sensitivity restoration of tuberculosis stick to pharmaceutical products obtaining positive results; found methods to solve the problem of antibiotics.
• Elaborated more than 15 medico-social programs ready for implementation, including family medicine, Medicare, Medicaid, prophylactic, palliative, rehabilitation medicine, etc.
• Introduced the concept of crisis society medicine, offered for implementation public medicine based on selfregulation of civil society through creation of public medicine centers and abandonment of existing medical paradigm - "viruses and microbes hunting".
• Works out economical programs of management and organization of public health based on a new resource background of medicine - IWT technology.
• He is the author of more than 80 scientific articles, monographes, popular-scientific and science fiction books: "Cancer as an Intermutation Error: What? When? Why? How?" (2007), "Lectures Summary on Information-Wave Therapy" (2006), "Antidogmas of Medicine. Biological Grounding of a New Medical Paradigm" (2006), "Collected Articles of Reference-Methodical Materials on Information-Wave Therapy" (2005), "Information-WaveTherapy in Questions and Answers" (2004), "IWT - a Healing Wave" (2001), "Map of IWT Zones" (2000), "Theory and Practice of Information-Wave Therapy" (1996), "Mistery of HE-GU Point" (1993), "Information-Wave Therapy" (1993), "In the World of Unseen and Unheard" (1992). N. Kolbun took part in many TV programs, including USSR Central TV, "The View", "Eldorado" and other.
  N. Kolbun is decorated by Cosmonautics Federation with Koroliov, Gagarin and Kondratiuk Medals. He is the laureate of International Award "For Significant Achievements in Humanity Progress" - Plato Silver Medal, was named a leader of the 21st century and was included in the book "500 Influential Personalities".
