Can there be a moral fact that the economic and environmental crisis in Ukraine are not embedded medical technologies that improve medical quality and standard medical care, provide free medical services to vulnerable populations - our children, invalids, pensioners and technologies that, in addition, save over 50% of the funds allocated to health technologies, which offer much more bezmedikamentoznoe treatment, which is almost harmless to the body and are able to solve a number of medical and social problems?
The moral is that the specialist doctor gets ridiculous salary from 150 to 200 hryvnia, while huge amounts of money allocated to health, could reasonably be redistributed? The moral is that the priority of Ukrainian technologies are starting to adopt the European countries, while the technology is not implemented in the country, the Ukraine, the state and municipal level?
The moral is that many of the department and the medical university departments of research institutes medical profession have turned to the staff of the Western pharmaceutical companies on advertising and marketing of so-called "superpreparatov" and ignore domestic developments?
The moral is that we have developed and proposed to introduce the concept and program, "Family Medicine" (SM), providing a high standard of care, rapid deployment, significant savings are ignored, and promote the concept of CM, imposed from the outside?
The moral is that when an existing problem in Ukraine, child and adolescent health, ICT technology, which allows to treat children with bezmedikamentozno efficiency from 95% to 99%, no demand?
