You often say in interviews about morality in medicine, could you please provide more detail your concept?
Question:
You often say in interviews about morality in medicine, could you please provide more detail your concept?
Answer:
Science should be governed by moral laws. This is the commandment, that two thousand years ago were formulated in the Sermon on the Mount
Academician of Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Fortov
Academician of Russian Academy of Sciences Moiseev wrote a violation of moral laws of society, which can plunge mankind into a terrible calamity:
"I do not exclude the possibility of fatal outcome in human history. If people are not able to overcome those relics neandartalizma, primitive savagery, aggression, without which mankind would be unable to survive in the proglacial era, such an approach may come not too distant future."
This fully applies to the state of today's medicine and public health.
I'm asking rhetorical questions:
Can there be a moral fact that the economic and environmental crisis in Ukraine are not embedded medical technologies that improve medical quality and standard medical care, provide free medical services to vulnerable populations - our children, invalids, pensioners and technologies that, in addition, save over 50% of the funds allocated to health technologies, which offer much more bezmedikamentoznoe treatment, which is almost harmless to the body and are able to solve a number of medical and social problems?
The moral is that the specialist doctor gets ridiculous salary from 150 to 200 hryvnia, while huge amounts of money allocated to health, could reasonably be redistributed? The moral is that the priority of Ukrainian technologies are starting to adopt the European countries, while the technology is not implemented in the country, the Ukraine, the state and municipal level?
The moral is that many of the department and the medical university departments of research institutes medical profession have turned to the staff of the Western pharmaceutical companies on advertising and marketing of so-called "superpreparatov" and ignore domestic developments?
The moral is that we have developed and proposed to introduce the concept and program, "Family Medicine" (SM), providing a high standard of care, rapid deployment, significant savings are ignored, and promote the concept of CM, imposed from the outside?
The moral is that when an existing problem in Ukraine, child and adolescent health, ICT technology, which allows to treat children with bezmedikamentozno efficiency from 95% to 99%, no demand?
The moral is that the ready-to-implement more than a dozen medical and social programs to solve the burning problems of medicine, and no one is going to claim at all?
The moral is that so far not created any Republican or municipal health centers and clinics ICT?
This kind of rhetorical questions can and should continue.
Today, using ICT in urology, gynecology, endocrinology and other fields of medicine, more than half of the cases you can do without any surgical intervention - applying technology for organ.
And there are doctors at the doctors and candidates mednauk who, fearing to lose their importance and the business of, say, surgery, not only do not take the technology into service, but also spread rumors about its inefficiency.
However, this anti-advertising works just the opposite - because we offer the surgery without a scalpel. The question arises: Can there be health immoral? - No, I can not. Can a doctor help the patient immoral?
Of course - no.
By the laws of a new scientific paradigm, bringing together science and religion, these doctors will sooner or later catches up with "torsion retribution." ICT implicitly considers the morality and consciousness of the physician and patient as the material objects of the treatment process, so it is both objectively and independently of any opposition will inevitably become tomorrow's medicine.
